Woman hit and reportedly trapped under a MiWay bus in Mississauga

A woman was sent to hospital after she was struck by a MiWay bus in Mississauga.
The woman was hit at Elm Drive and Mississauga Valley Boulevard in the city centre around 8:15 p.m. last night (Dec. 6), Peel Regional Police tell insauga.com.
There were reports the woman was trapped under the bus and suffered critical injuries.
She was rushed to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said.
The investigation is ongoing and as of Thursday morning, no charges had been laid.
