What’s open and closed on Easter weekend 2024 in Brampton

Brampton businesses will see some closures this Easter weekend on both Friday, March 29 and Sunday, March 31.
While the majority of stores will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Sunday, some restaurants and retailers will be open but make sure to call ahead to make sure before heading out.
LCBO stores will be closed on Good Friday, but you’ll be able to grab what you need for the weekend when they reopen on Saturday before shuttering again on Easter Sunday.

- Most major grocery stores (Metro, Loblaws)
- Most major malls
- Brampton City Hall

- Beer Store
- Federal and Provincial government offices, including Service Ontario
- No mail delivery
- Brampton Animal Shelter
- All Community Recycling Centres
- No garbage pickup (collected on Monday)
