Weeks-long festival of art, music and exhibits coming to Brampton for Culture Days

There will be more than 3,000 events for Brampton residents of all cultural backgrounds to explore with the return of Culture Days later this month.

The city’s annual Culture Days celebration will run for three weeks starting in September celebrating “the talent and creativity that defines local communities” across Brampton.

With local performers and visual artists, writers, creators, historians, filmmakers and much more, the city says this year’s Culture Days has events for Bramptonians and visitors of all ages.

The Brampton Arts Organization, Brampton Library, Peel Art Gallery Museum and Archives (PAMA) and Brampton’s creative community have all come together for the festival which will offer free, hands-on and interactive activities for residents to explore.

“Culture Days are a remarkable opportunity for our community to come together, celebrate our diversity and showcase the incredible talent we have here in Brampton,” Mayor Patrick Brown says of the upcoming events.

The festival runs from Sept. 20 to Oct. 16 at venues across the city including the “Garden of Wavs” music showcase at the Snelgrove Community Centre.
