VIDEO: New vegetarian restaurant grand opening coming soon in Brampton

The grand opening of a new vegetarian and Indian restaurant with locations around the world is just a few days away in Brampton.
First opening in 1981 and growing to over 20 locations across the globe, Indian vegetarian chain Saravanaa Bhavan is getting ready to open its newest location in Brampton and will welcome guests for the first time this Saturday.
Saravanaa Bhavan announced months ago that it would be opening in Brampton, and the restaurant officially opens to offer “a feast for the senses” on Aug. 17.
The restaurant boasts influences from “every major region of India” and their “unique dishes and subtle variations to popular dishes.”

The menu includes Tandoori and North Indian dishes like Paneer Butter Masala, Vegetable Kofta and Gobi Mutter, deserts, and dinner specials like the Adai Avial – a pancake made of mixed vegetables and lentils with a sauce made of garden fresh vegetables, coconut and spices.
The new Brampton location is only the fourth Saravanaa Bhavan restaurant in Canada and follows the openings in Toronto, Mississauga and Delta, B.C.
