Video: Man airlifted to hospital following serious crash in Brampton

One person was rushed to hospital by ambulance after a crash in Brampton on the weekend.

Peel Regional Police say the crash happened around 5:20 p.m. on Sunday at Wanless Dr. and Chinguacousy Rd. in Brampton.

Police say a vehicle crashed into a pole and an adult male was injured in the crash.

Photos and video from the crash shared on social media show a black car with significant damage to its front end, and a group of bystanders watching as an air ambulance lands on the scene.

 

One adult male was transported to hospital by air ambulance in unknown condition.

The incident was the second time someone was airlifted to hospital from Brampton following a crash in the last week.

A tractor-trailer rolled over on Hwy 401 on Wednesday (June 14). One person was rushed to a Toronto hospital from the scene by helicopter.
