Video: Fireworks shoot out of moving car on Ontario highway

Footage of fireworks shooting out of a moving vehicle on an Ontario highway is making the rounds on social media.
The video was posted to X, formerly Twitter, and was reportedly filmed on Sunday night on a stretch of Highway 427 in Toronto.
In the clip posted by user 401_da_sarpanch, a dark-coloured vehicle is seen approaching an overpass as streams of light shoot from one of the windows. Three fireballs can be seen shooting from the vehicle before the pyrotechnic-show-on-wheels ends.
Sunday marked Diwali, the Festival of Light celebrated by Hindus, Jains, Sikhs and Buddhists around the world, and both the City of Brampton and Peel Regional Police received complaints related to fireworks.
Videos showing a rowdy Diwali celebration at a Mississauga parking lot are also grabbing attention online for the second year in a row, with one clip showing hundreds of people gathered at Westwood Square Mall waving flags with fireworks heard going off in the background.
