VIDEO: Fireworks, gatherings block Highway 401 in Mississauga and Toronto

Vehicles stopped on Highway 401 for gatherings in Mississauga and Toronto on the weekend.
The gatherings disrupted traffic on the highway early Sunday morning, OPP told INsauga.com.
Police were called to a large gathering of vehicles on Highway 401 near Mavis Road around 2:10 a.m. on Sunday, police said.
The drivers fled as police arrived.
About an hour later, around 3:20 a.m., vehicles gathered again on Highway 401, this time near Islington Road in Toronto, OPP said.
There were several calls to police about the gathering with fireworks, police said.
Police said the drivers left as soon as police arrived. There were no arrests and no reports of injuries.
The investigation continues to identify the vehicles involved.
Videos posted on social media show fireworks and drivers doing donuts on the highway.
