Mississauga residents will soon be able to grab pizza while getting gas.

U.S. pizza chain Little Caesars opens its first express restaurant at 2330 Battleford Rd. in the Waypoint Convenience store at the Mobil gas station on Nov. 8.

The restaurant will offer food “on the go” including pizza, Caesar wings and crazy bread.

The first 100 guests in line at the grand opening will receive one free medium classic pepperoni or cheese pizza. There is a limit of one free pizza per person.

Additional offers will be available for the first 300 guests, including a coupon for a $5 classic pepperoni or cheese pizza to use on their next visit to Little Caesars, as well as an Esso/Mobil Fuel Discount Card offering a $0.05 per litre discount on fuel for up to 50 litres at Esso and Mobil gas stations.

The grand opening celebration is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The Little Caesars express will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

There are plans to open more Little Caesars express locations in Waypoint Convenience stores at Esso and Mobil gas stations.

The brands are excited to explore the partnership.

“Many people that come into the gas station are looking for a quick bite that’ll satisfy their cravings – or those of their families – while running errands,” said Thea Bourne, partner marketing manager at BG Fuels.

Little Caesars opened its first location in Garden City, Michigan in 1959 and the first Canadian restaurant in 1969.
