Detached homes tend to be hot ticket items in Brampton’s competitive housing market, with a few local listings making a list of most-viewed properties in Canada last month.
With an average detached home price sitting well over $1 million, here are five of the most expensive homes sold in Brampton last month according to real estate website Zoocasa.
7 Lauderhill Road – $1,780,000
Loaded with luxury features including a cathedral ceiling, this four-bedroom, six-bathroom home in Brampton has a triple car garage with tandem parking and a fully finished basement with two bedrooms and a separate entrance.

25 Wheatberry Crescent – $1,760,000
