UPDATE: One dead, child and adult in life-threatening condition in house fire in Brampton

There has been a house fire in Brampton.

The house fire was in the area of Jade Crescent and Jayfield Road in Brampton.

LATEST UPDATE:

When the firefighters arrived around 11 pm (June 2), there was one patient outside and two trapped inside the house.

Firefighters were met with major smoke and fire.

One patient made it outside of the house.

A female has died, one adult male and one child is in life-threatening condition.

The Fire Marshal is investigating the fire.

There is still currently limited access to Jade Cres.

-The child is currently in critical but stable condition
-The adult is currently in critical condition
