The beautiful, warm weather Mississauga and Brampton experienced this weekend will continue for the first half of this week.
Temperatures soared to highs of 21.2 C with sunny skies in Mississauga and Brampton on Saturday (Oct. 22) as people enjoyed the fall colours. It was a wonderful reprieve from the cold, rainy conditions of last week.
This week Environment Canada is predicting more warm temperatures for voting day Monday (Oct. 24) with highs of 19 C and sunny skies — perfect to get out and walk to your polling location.
Tuesday it will be cloudy but the high of 19 C will hold. Wednesday the mild weather will start to turn with rain predicted and a high of 17 C. The rest of the week should be sunny with cloudy periods with highs of around 11 or 12 C.
Normal temperatures for this time of year are 11 C highs and 2 C minimums.
