Two Brampton men charged with murder in shooting of 33-year-old Kyle Provo of Toronto

A pair of men from Brampton have been charged with murder in the shooting death of a 33-year-old Toronto man last month.
Investigators with the Toronto Police Service (TPS) say shots ran out around 2:45 a.m. on Sept. 16 in the area of Sherbourne Street and Dundas Street East in Toronto.
Police say two men approached a group of people and opened fire on the crowd, shooting 33-year-old Kyle Provo.
The victim was rushed to hospital but police say Provo died of his injuries.
Now police say they have arrested two men, a 48-year-old and a 37-year-old from Brampton, in connection with Provo’s murder.
TPS have charged Richard Baker, 48, and Nathan Bell, 37, both of Brampton with one count each of second-degree murder.
Police say Baker was scheduled to appear in court in Toronto on Sept. 28, while Bell was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 29.
