Trudeau in Mississauga

The three main federal party leaders will hit the campaign trail hard today with just nine days left before the Sept. 20 election.

Voters can actually start casting ballots in advance polls this weekend.

Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau has a campaign event planned in Mississauga, Ont., this morning where he’ll make an announcement and then talk to reporters.

Conservative Leader Erin O’Toole will begin his day with an announcement this morning in Whitby, Ont., just east of Toronto.

He will then head west to Surrey, B.C., for an early evening event with supporters.

A lot of attention will be on NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh who has said he will reveal the full costs of his party’s campaign promises today. Singh will be in Vancouver this morning to make a housing announcement before a virtual meeting with the media early this afternoon.

Both the Conservatives and Liberals have already released fully costed platforms.
