Trevor Noah thought he was going die while traveling to Mississauga

Bad weather at the Pearson Airport prevented late-night talk show host Trevor Noah from appearing in Mississauga last weekend.
The comedian and political commentator who hosts The Daily Show, was supposed to appear at an event presented by Islamic Relief Canada on Saturday (March 19) at the Paramount Fine Foods Centre, however the weather prevented the plane we was traveling on from landing.
But the foggy landing situation didn’t sit well with Noah and other passengers who feared for the worst when the pilot could not land.
“Few things in life give you more clarity than your flight being unable to land because of bad weather,” said Noah afterwards via Twitter. “Pilot couldn’t land in Toronto, everyone on the plane starts praying and I think about all the things I should have done.”
Noah went on to say he felt frightened and helpless because of the circumstances.
“Apparently the fog was so thick that they weren’t letting people land,” Noah said. “The flight we were on ran out of fuel, we circled for about an hour and half to two hours, and then they rerouted us back to New York.”
He added that his new-found clarity will now let him focus on “more walks, less internet.”
