Emergency crews are on the scene after a tractor-trailer crash on Thursday morning led to a spill near Highway 401 in the northwest end of Mississauga.
Mississauga Fire and Emergency Services officials said in a post to social media the incident took place near Highway 401 and Winston Churchill Boulevard.
They released few details, saying only that on- and off-ramps at the busy highway interchange are closed until further notice.
Fire officials said two tanks are leaking as a result of the crash. They didn’t specify what liquids are involved.
