If you’re planning a girls’ night out with your gal pals, you should know that one of the best ways to start your night is with a nice dinner.
And although there a ton of incredible restaurants to go to in Brampton, it’s always fun to venture off the beaten path a little bit.
If you and your friends are looking to mix things up a little bit, here are the top five restaurants to go on girls’ night if you’re heading outside the city.
5. The Rec Room – Eats & Entertainment
Toronto
The food at The Rec Room is absolutely delicious (who can say no to the Canadian onion soup, the crispy calamari, or the strawberry cheesecake sundae). But when you go, you’ll want to bring your competitive side along with your purse, because, as the name suggests, you don’t just a meal when you come here.
In addition to its incredible menu, The Rec Room also offers a wide range of games for customers to play. A few games you can play include ping pong, pool, shuffleboard, and (one of my favourites) Mario Kart.
Dinner and entertainment – perfect for girls night!

4. Sushi Cove
Woodstock
This one is for all you sushi lovers!
This sushi restaurant offers everything you could ever want and then some. At Sushi Cove customers can indulge in the special combos (a few options include the tofu, chicken, beef, or salmon teriyaki, and the sushi donburi special with miso – salmon, tuna, chirashi, unagi, or tuna and salmon), a variety of soups and salads, rolls, and party trays.
If you and your gals love sushi, you’ll definitely want to check this place out.
3. The Mule
Hamilton
Located in downtown Hamilton, The Mule is best known for its tacos – and for a good reason, they are amazing. At this restaurant, customers can eat as many tacos as their heart desires. A few options include the fish taco, the achiote chicken taco, the brussels sprout taco, and the taco bell – note that the menu is subject to change.
However, if your posse doesn’t feel like tacos but still wants to live it up in the Hammer, The Mule also serves up delicious fried calamari, and a wonderful mango salad.

2. Michael & Marion’s
Barrie
Located in the heart of Barrie, Michael & Marion’s is a restaurant that has something for everyone. Here you’ll find seafood, burgers and wraps, pasta, quiche, salads – you name it, and Michael & Marion’s probably has it.
If you’re feeling a little fancy this particular girls’ night, the restaurant also has a private lounge.
1. Casa Mia Ristorante
Niagara Falls
Girls’ night out in Niagara Falls anyone? If that’s where your group of pals is heading then you’ll definitely want to check out Casa Mia Ristorante.
This Italian restaurant serves up a delicious gnocchi Norcia, fettuccine Pomodoro, duck linguine, and so much more. After your main meal, if you still have room, we recommend the tiramisu, or the vanilla bean crème brulee.
And to wash everything down, Casa Mia Ristorante also has an excellent wine selection.
