From new restaurants opening their doors to old favourites making a comeback, there were some exciting new ribbon cuttings in Brampton this past year.

With the days ticking down to the start of a new year Insauga.com has put together a list of the biggest Brampton openings that made headlines in 2023. Here are the five biggest openings in Brampton this year:

Kinton Ramen

This much-anticipated opening happened in September when Toronto-based Kinton Ramen opened its first Brampton location at 2880 Queen St. E.

Kinton makes their ramen using pork bone stock, chicken stock, fish broth and vegetable broth, cooking the pork and chicken bones for over 20 hours for a strong, rich flavourful soup. The ramen specialists got their start decades ago and have since expanded with restaurants in the GTA, B.C., Chicago, Quebec and more.
