You no longer have to leave your house for a giant tub of Nutella, an endless supply of toilet paper, or your favourite Kirkland products.

You no longer have to leave your house for a giant tub of Nutella, an endless supply of toilet paper, or your favourite Kirkland products.

That said, there are no free samples with this delivery service, either!

Grocery giant Costco just launched its own online delivery service. So, if you want to avoid the massive lineups and crowded parking lots, you can now take advantage of the service.

The membership-based retailer is currently offering two-day delivery across southern Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area.

While you can’t order fruit and vegetables or meat from the online platform, you can get a wide variety of Costco products.

That includes Kirkland Signature products, coffee and tea, some cookies and desserts, snacks, and personal care products.

It’s all non-perishables and household supplies.

But there are hundreds of products available.

The service is currently available for members only, so you’ll need to have a Costco membership to cash in on the new online delivery system.

It’s useful to note that there’s no delivery surcharge with orders of $75 or more before taxes, and there’s also no minimum order requirement.

Costco has definitely stepped up its game, and is now competing with Loblaws and Walmart, two of the biggest retailers that already offer grocery delivery.

For Costco, the company is rolling out the service in southern Ontario first, then spreading across Ontario and Quebec.

While you can’t taste test all of the free food samples or run around Costco’s massive aisles by ordering online, you can’t deny that grocery delivery is super convenient.

You can order groceries from Costco here.

Happy shopping!
