Whether it’s exploring spooky trails, discovering local markets or joining community activities, the weekend is packed with exciting things to do. Here’s what’s happening from Oct. 25 to Oct. 27:


October 25

Tribute to the Legends of Reggae: Bob Marley Edition

Celebrate the life and music of reggae legend Bob Marley with a live musical rockumentary featuring Sean Jones, Ammoye, Steele, Omega Mighty, Justice Kumari and DJ Joshua Lucas. Hosted by MC Bondé, this tribute brings together rising stars and a soulful live band, reimagining Bob Marley’s classics in an inspiring showcase of peace and unity.

Speaking of tributes, if you’re a fan of nostalgic performances, there’s another event coming up next week on Wednesday, Oct. 30. Although the concert falls on a weekday, it promises to have you singing along to some of the most legendary songs ever written!

Beatles Greatest Hits – Mississauga Symphony Orchestra & Classical Mystery Tour

Prepare for an unforgettable evening as the Mississauga Symphony Orchestra teams up with Classical Mystery Tour to perform a fully orchestrated tribute to the Beatles’ greatest hits.

In celebration of Mississauga’s 50th Anniversary, the concert will feature iconic songs that defined a generation, from the Beatles’ early hits to their solo ventures.

Led by Maestro Denis Mastromonaco, the Mississauga Symphony Orchestra will deliver an exceptional blend of classical and popular symphonic music.

The four musicians of Classical Mystery Tour not only look and sound like the Beatles, but their performances bring the music to life in a way that’s more than just a rock concert—it’s an authentic tribute, totally live. Having played with over 100 symphony orchestras worldwide, they’ve captivated audiences at venues like the Sydney Opera House and performed with renowned orchestras like The Boston Pops and The Philadelphia Orchestra.

Haunted Mississauga

Join Heritage Mississauga for the 23rd annual Haunted Mississauga heritage tour at the historic Streetsville Public Cemetery. This guided tour takes you through a dimly lit cemetery where actors bring to life the eerie true story of the ‘Streetsville Ghouls.’

Dive into an interactive, self-led augmented reality (AR) scavenger hunt at Bradley Museum. Families and participants of all ages can explore the museum’s beautiful grounds while discovering fall foods, celebrations and stories from around the world.

  • Scan QR codes at six stations to unlock AR content that reveals traditions worldwide.
  • Grab or download a scavenger hunt game card to answer questions at each station.

Out of the Vault – (Sept. 26 to Dec. 15)

The Bradley Museum will host an exhibition marking the City of Mississauga’s 50th anniversary. In celebration of this milestone, the Museums of Mississauga have hidden 50 artifact markers from their historic collection throughout the city as part of the History Hunt. Starting September 26, these artifacts will be taken “out of the vault” and displayed at the museum.

Visitors are invited to explore the unique stories behind each artifact, offering a glimpse into Mississauga’s rich heritage over the past five decades.

October 26

Halloween Community Ride

Join the Community Ride through Port Credit and explore the city at night. Participants can dress up in Halloween costumes if they wish. The 12 km route will cover trails and roads and bike lights are required. Refreshments will be provided by the event sponsor.
