September 20

Pramesh Nandi’s Raas Garba

Happening at the Dreams Convention Centre, Garba Night with Pramesh Nandi promises an electrifying performance. Enjoy a dynamic fusion of traditional Garba and cinematic flair in a high-energy festival atmosphere. Tickets range from $20 to $25.

Flow Fest Brampton

Imagine a sensory experience with everything from DJs and roaming musical ensembles to visual art and food. Celebrate culture, music and percussion from around the world as you dance the night away. The evening will be hosted by Asha Lapps and Ryan Chung featuring performances by Weedie Braimah and Hands of Time, Esie Mensah Creations, DJ Joshua Lucas, The Recipee, Majoko Duo and the Flow Fest Percussion Ensemble.

Mains Creek Park Community Tree Planting

Volunteers are invited to join the Fletchers Creek Sustainable Neighbourhood Action Plan initiative by planting native trees and shrubs in Mains Creek Park. The event supports the community’s goal of promoting sustainability and resilience in response to climate change.

Culture Days at the Rose

Brampton On Stage is marking Culture Days at The Rose with free guided tours offered every half hour, starting at 10 a.m.

Brampton Kidney Walk 2024

Happening at Chinguacousy Park, the Kidney Walk brings together participants to support The Kidney Foundation’s research and patient programs. Registered participants who raise $100 or more will receive a Kidney Walk t-shirt. This event thrives on the strength of its community, with supporters returning annually to make an impact.

Garba Night- 2024

Happening at the Courtyard by Marriott Toronto in Brampton, Garba Night promises an evening full of vibrant music, energetic dance and festive spirit. Dandiya sticks will be available for purchase and there will be prizes for the best dressed and best dancers.
