From cultural celebrations to outdoor activities, Brampton is offering a weekend full of excitement. Whether you’re looking to immerse yourself in vibrant performances, grab a bite to eat or enjoy time with family, the city has a lineup of events that will keep you engaged. Here’s what’s on for September 13 to 15:


September 13

Brampton Fall Fair

This year’s Brampton Fall Fair, with the theme “Wagon Wheels & Ferris Wheels,” will feature events such as Classic Championship Wrestling, the truck pull, and live performances. Visitors can enjoy the demolition derby, livestock and horse shows, a classic car display, and various food vendors. Additional attractions include karaoke, dog shows, and Tom Bishop’s Wild West Show.

Radhiyali Raat 2024 

Join Osman Mir for a night of Navratri celebrations. Enjoy live Garba and Dandiya music, cultural dance workshops, traditional attire, and authentic Gujarati cuisine. This family-friendly event features the largest open-ground Garba venue in the GTA, with free entry for children under 5.

September 14

Brampton Latin Festival

Ken Whillans Square will host its third annual Latin festival, featuring new attractions. There will be a Youth Hub with Brampton’s young entrepreneurs and live art demonstrations. The event also offers volunteer opportunities for newcomers and a free Kids Zone supported by local businesses. Main Street will be closed for the duration of the festival.

Brampton Fall Residential Tree Giveaway

Brampton residents can register for one free tree or shrub per household to be planted on private residential property (front or backyard). Individuals must register online for their tree.

Proof of ID and address is required at pickup. If unable to pick up, please cancel by noon on Thursday, Sept. 12, to allow others the opportunity.

Tree options include Red Maple, Red Oak, White Spruce, or Blue Beech, while shrub options are Serviceberry or Nannyberry. Residents are asked to add their tree information to the Brampton Tree Tracker and follow the care instructions provided.

Brampton Farmers’ Market

This market offers plenty of options for those looking to buy fresh produce from local farmers.

Where: Main Street South and in Ken Whillans Square.
Time: 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.


Astra Medicare’s Beauty Bash

At the Astra Medicare Beauty Bash, visitors can stop by and see live demos of top treatments and grab snacks and refreshments. There will be gift bags for all attendees and music by a live DJ from 103.5. Bring your friends and enjoy a day of beauty and fun.

Coptic New Year Festival

Coptic Orthodox Church of Archangel Michael & St. Tekla will host an event featuring Egyptian traditions. Attendees can experience authentic food, traditional music, live shows, souvenirs and tours. The event also includes activities such as hair braiding, henna art, bouncy castles and a pharaonic photo booth.

Mad Hatter’s Tea Party

The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party at Historic Bovaird House will feature games, prizes, tea, sandwiches, desserts, and a mystery to solve. Tickets are by reservation only, and they cost $30 for adults and $20 for children under 12.

Latino Heritage Month Celebration

The Latin Fest is a recipient of the Marquee Festivals grant program. The event supports community building, enhances Brampton’s cultural scene and contributes to the local economy. Attendees can enjoy a day of music, food and performances to celebrate Latino heritage.
