It’s no secret that it’s not easy to purchase a home in Mississauga.
And it looks like it’s getting harder. December’s market proved to be a tough one for those looking to purchase a home in Canada’s sixth largest city.
Real estate brokerage and website Zoocasa says that Mississauga is now a sellers’ market, with only 360 homes sold–that’s 25.6 per cent fewer than 2017. That means the market is much more competitive for those looking to a buy houses or condos. Right now, the average home price in Mississauga sits at $673,950.
But while the market is tight right now, things can change—and there might be more sales activity in the new year.
For that reason, you might be curious about which houses sold for big bucks—and which ones were quite affordable—this past month in Mississauga.
