Temperatures as low as -7C and as high as 13C this week in southern Ontario

It looks like a typical November week with cool temperatures, a bit of sunshine, rain and surprise snow in parts of Ontario.
As of today (Nov. 10), the forecast suggests a mostly cloudy day with cool temperatures and rain arriving by early afternoon. Winds will be moderate, reaching around 20 km/h, adding a bit of a chill to the air. Daytime temperatures will peak at 12 C, a noticeable drop from last week’s unseasonably warm weather.
By evening, the rain will return and continue until midnight, with a 40 per cent chance of drizzle lingering overnight. Wind speeds may pick up slightly, reaching around 40 km/h, making it feel even cooler. Nighttime temperatures will dip to about 8 C.
In northern Ontario, up to 20 cm of snow is expected by tonight and into Monday, likely making for a messy morning commute in those areas. Meanwhile, southern Ontario can breathe easy, as Environment Canada has not issued any snow advisories, keeping the winter weather at bay—for now.
Monday will start with a high of 13 C, the warmest day this week. There is a 40 per cent chance of showers or drizzle. Temperatures will fall above freezing at 1 C by evening, bringing rain that could carry into the next day.
On Tuesday, a bright, sunny day is expected, with temperatures reaching a high of 8 C. However, the night will bring a noticeable chill as the temperature slips to -1 C. According to the Weather Network, some areas of southern Ontario could feel as cold as -7 C on Tuesday evening, marking the coldest temperature of the season so far!
Wednesday will feature a mix of sun and clouds. The daytime high will be 9 C, with cloudy skies moving in by evening and lows of around 2 C.
Thursday remains mostly cloudy, with temperatures reaching 10 C during the day and dropping to 2 C overnight. There is a 40 per cent chance of showers in the evening.
As we head toward the weekend, Friday and Saturday will both bring a mix of sun and clouds. Temperatures will climb between 11 C and 12 C, with evening lows hovering around 3 C.
