Police say the copper telephone wires were pulled down, cut, and stolen. Investigators are still working to determine exactly when the heist took place.
Then one day later, officers were called to the area of Mississauga Road near The Grange Side Road where telephone lines had again been pulled down and stolen.
Police have not said whether any residence had telephone service disruptions due to the incidents.
