Suspects flee with narcotics following armed pharmacy robbery in Brampton

The culprits involved in an armed robbery that took place at a Brampton pharmacy this afternoon are still at large.

Peel Regional Police responded to a pharmacy in the vicinity of The Gore Road and Ebenezer Road — northeast of Castlemore Road—  around 2:30 p.m., following reports of a robbery.

Police have verified that an armed robbery took place, where suspects brandished a weapon and made off with undisclosed quantities of narcotics.

Investigators say there were no physical injuries reported.

It is unknown at this time how many people were inside the store when the robbery occurred.
