Suspect wanted following a shooting in Mississauga on Canada Day

Peel Regional Police are appealing to the public in helping locate a suspect vehicle following a shooting in Mississauga last night which sent four people to the hospital with serious injuries.
On Saturday, July 1, 2023, at approximately 6:30 p.m., police were dispatched to a shooting at a commercial plaza located at 1195 Queensway East in Mississauga.
Police say four victims suffered gunshot wounds and were taken to various GTA hospitals where they remain in serious condition.
Investigators believe the suspect fled the scene in a stolen 2020 White Ram 1500 pickup truck with an Ontario license plate BD85909 which has since been located abandoned in the town of Caledon.
