Suspect vehicle described after Milton teens injured in Halloween hit-and-run

A month and a half after two Milton teens were struck by a car on Halloween, police have now released information on the suspecte vehicle.

The incident took place around 9:45 p.m. on Oct. 31 when the two male youths were walking eastbound on McCuaig Drive.

Police say a vehicle driving westbound on McCuaig made a right turn (northbound onto Andrews Trail) and hit them in the intersection.

The vehicle then reversed out of the intersection and proceeded west on McCuaig Drive and north onto Thompson Road.

Both of the victims suffered minor injuries with one taken to hospital for treatment.

Other vehicles were stopped at the intersection and remained on scene to assist.

The suspect vehicle is described as a newer model (2021 or 2022) black Honda Civic.

Anyone who was in the area and may have witnessed the collision and has not spoken to police is urged to do so. Anyone with information regarding this investigation is asked to call 905-825-4777 ext. 7441.
