Police would like to identify a person who wore a Spider-Man outfit in connection to a shoplifting investigation in Ontario.
A lone man came dressed as the Marvel superhero to a Shoppers Drug Mart in Orangeville around 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, OPP Const. Andrew Fines said.
Fines told INsauga.com he couldn’t say much about the case including what was taken. He acknowledged it is an unusual case.
“I don’t understand it,” said Fines.
A photo from the store shows the man in the outfit with his face clearly visible.
The police brief is playfully titled “My Spidey senses are telling me that someone in town with known this individual.”
Officers seek the assistance of the public to identify the man.
