Spa-like experience includes a steam bath, sauna, meditation and massage rooms at new condo in Mississauga

Every condo tower at Mississauga’s developing M City Condos community has something unique going for it, and it looks like the M5 tower’s main draw will be its wellness and a spa-like amenities.

M5 is the newest condo tower at M City, the 4.3 million square foot master-planned community currently taking shape in the city’s core (area of Burnhamthorpe and Confederation Parkway). Registrations for M5 are now open.

What’s at the Wellness Centre?

Designed by Cecconi Simone, M5’s Wellness Centre features a signature Hammam steam bath, a luxurious take on the traditional Turkish wet steam complete with heated marble seating. Individual infrared saunas push the idea even further, giving residents an array of options to enjoy the soothing and healing effects of total warmth.

The centre also boasts a meditation room and a massage room where residents are invited to clear their minds, and bodies. M5 makes it easy for residents to integrate a lifestyle of wellness through these one-of-a-kind and amenities.

Centered around a reflecting pool, the meditative Zen lounge is outfitted with daybeds and offers a calm, relaxing space to unwind. This serenity spills onto the exterior terrace, where a hot plunge pool, hammocks and lounge areas maintain the complete spa-like feeling that the building exudes. With so many options, M5 is more than able to accommodate residents no matter how they like to relax and unwind.

A gorgeous fitness centre awaits

Relaxation isn’t the only priority at M5 – the building also features a gorgeous fitness centre for residents who want to exercise and get into shape.

The centre comes equipped with cardio and weight machines, a spin studio, a virtual fitness studio, and an outdoor yoga area that’s perfect for those warm, sunny days.
