Snow in the forecast this weekend in southern Ontario

Just when you thought it was safe to put away the shovels — snow is back in the forecast for southern Ontario.
After a few days of record-breaking warm temperatures, the weather turned cool yesterday. And sunny skies are expected today (March 7) and tomorrow.
Highs of around 9 to 10 C are expected in Mississauga, Brampton, Burlington, Oakville and Durham Region for the next two days, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada.
It’s expected to be cooler in Hamilton today with a high of 7 C today and 10 C tomorrow, according to the weather forecaster.
Then, rainy and cooler weather moves in on the weekend.
A high of around 5 C is expected on Saturday with rain. The lows could get down to -1 C in the evening.
Then, on Sunday, the temperature drops to around 2 to 3 C, with lows down to -6 C. There is a chance of snow in Mississauga, Brampton, Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton and Durham Region on Sunday.
The good news is the wet, cloudy weather doesn’t last long. Sunny skies are in the forecast with highs of around 7 to 10 C on Monday.
