UPDATE: Serious collision closes Highway 10 in Caledon, Mississauga teen charged

One person was seriously injured in a crash on Highway 10 in Caledon.
Emergency crews rushed to the crash at Highway 10 and Boston Mills Road this morning (Dec. 22) just after 4 a.m., OPP said in an update on X.
Reports indicate a transport truck and SUV collided.
One person was sent to hospital with serious injuries. Reportedly, two other people were also sent to hospital.
A 19-year-old from Mississauga has been charged with impaired driving, OPP said in an update.
Highway 10 was closed from King Street to Old Baseline Road.
In the update at 10:10 a.m., police said Highway 10 will remain closed as the investigation continues.
