Sept. 24 Weather: Cloudy with chance of showers, drizzle for southern Ontario

Another wet day with unsettled conditions will make its way Tuesday (Sept. 24) across Mississauga and southern Ontario.
Overcast skies will bring showers late in the afternoon, says Environment Canada.
There will be a 40 percent chance of showers or drizzle during the day, with the risk of a late afternoon thunderstorm.
Winds will become southeast at 20 km/hr. near noon. Temperatures will hit a high of 20 C, though the humidex will make it feel more like 25 C.
The UV index will be 3 or moderate.
The shower will continue in the evening as there will also be the risk of thunderstorm. A total of 20 to 30 mm of precipitation is expected for Tuesday.
Winds will be southeast at 20 km/hr gusting to 40 km/hr. An overnight low of 16 C is expected.
Sunrise will come at 7:08 a.m. and then it will set in the evening hours at 7:13 p.m. In total, we will have 12 hours and five minutes of daylight time.
