Sept. 10 Weather: Temperatures on the rise across southern Ontario

Things are heating up again across Mississauga and southern Ontario.

Temperatures will climb three degrees Celsius to a high of 23 degrees Celsius on Tuesday (Sept. 10), says Environment Canada.

Overnight fog patches will dissipate in the morning and then expect mainly sunny skies throughout the day. The high of 23 degrees Celsius will feel more like 27 degrees Celsius with the humidex.

The UV index of 6 is on tap during the day.

The evening hours will be just as pleasant with few clouds. A chilly overnight low of 12 degrees Celsius is expected.

We continue to get fewer and fewer daylight hours. We will see a total 12 hours and 46 minutes of daylight on Monday.
