Brampton gardeners looking to make their thumbs a little more green can tune in to the city’s annual Seedy Saturday & Garden Show.

Whether you’re new to gardening or a seasoned pro, the city says there’s something for everyone at the event which is back for 2022 with a virtual program this year.

Now in its tenth year, the event is a partnership with the Brampton Horticultural Society and Seeds of Diversity. This year’s show will feature nine panels for local gardeners to learn from experts and members of Brampton’s horticultural community.

The virtual sessions include panels on learning how to garden in a changing climate, tips on growing vegetables, tree maintenance and much more.

Guests will be able to hear from environmental experts, access gardening resources and connect with vendors. There will even be a virtual Kid’s Zone this year with printable and instructional video activities to keep the younger crowd engaged and entertained.

The Brampton Horticultural Society also holds monthly meetings covering a wide range of gardening topics.
