The school day got off to a rocky start for some students in Caledon after their school bus crashed on a snowy road on Friday morning (Jan. 27).
The OPP say officers from the Caledon detachment were called to a stretch of Centreville Creek Rd. in the Town of Caledon after a school bus became stuck.
A photo of the crash shows the bus partially rolled over onto its right side, and it appears the bus sank into snow piled up in a ditch or on the shoulder of the road.
Four students were on board the bus when it crashed, but police said, thankfully, no one was injured. Another bus has been dispatched to bring the children to school.
Police reminded drivers to use extra caution following a significant snowfall this week, telling drivers to be mindful of shoulders as snow may be deeper than it appears.

With yesterday's storm, be mindful of shoulders. It may be deeper than you think! ^jb pic.twitter.com/U1bgAMUqzw
