Rooftop yoga in Burlington provides lakefront view in historical setting

An early morning session of yoga along with a light breakfast and a view of the lake are part of a new promotional event presented by the Museums of Burlington.

“Yoga with a View” will be on the rooftop terrace of Joseph Brant Museum on July 20 in a ticketed event that will also grant participants access to the museum and its exhibits.

A ticket includes a one-hour all-levels yoga class, a mimosa, a breakfast snack bar, and admission to the museum galleries. Attendees are responsible for bringing their own yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. This is a 19+ event. The event will take place indoors in the case of inclement weather.

Om Massage & Wellness will be on-site to provide the yoga class from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. with food presented by Cobs Bread, Mrs. B’s Gifthouse, and Edible Arrangements.
