Robbery investigation leads to arrest of Niagara on the Lake man

A 40-year-old Niagara on the Lake man has been arrested in connection with an investigation into an alleged robbery that took place in the parking lot of a Value Village in Niagara Falls.

An investigation into the incident, which occurred earlier this month on July 8 at the thrift store located at 6278 Lundy’s Lane, alleges that an adult male was in his vehicle when an unknown man “assaulted him and stole his wallet.”

Both men are unknown to each other. The incident was unprovoked.

The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Davide E. Morgan, 40, of Niagara on the Lake has been arrested and charged with:

  • Robbery
  • Fail to Comply with Probation

Morgan was held in custody for a video bail hearing and was ordered released from custody with conditions. He has a future court date of August 27, 2024.
