Road Closures: Flooding has caused several roads to close in Mississauga today

Residents are being cautioned of several road closures in Mississauga today (August 18) due to flooding caused by heavy rainfall.
Environment Canada’s rainfall warning remains in effect, leading to additional flooding in Mississauga. Due to high water levels, these areas are either closed or have significant water pooling:
- Matheson Boulevard E from Rose Cherry Place to Timberlea Boulevard
- Dundas Street West is closed at Dixie Road
- Convair Drive is closed from Renforth Rpad. to Britannia Road East
- 410 North Bound lanes (not closed, but significant water pooling)
The City of Mississauga is advising residents to keep an eye out for additional closures.
