A new residential development will bring 37 homes that back onto a creek in Mississauga.
The development, from Vandyk Properties, is one of three planned for the GTA from the company’s “Legacy Collection,” according to a press release from Vandyk.
“Our Legacy Collection pays respect to just that – our beginnings and an exciting development offering that we’re bringing back with the goal of re-inspiring neighbourhoods across the GTA,” says John Vandyk, president and CEO of Vandyk Properties.
Called “The Ravine”, the development in Mississauga will include 37 “luxury” detached homes, on permit-ready freehold lots backing onto Fletcher’s Creek in Meadowvale.
The homes will feature up to five bedrooms and up to 4,000 square feet of living space as well as finished ground level spaces with separate entrances.
Designed with classic architecture, the homes will feature with brick and stone detailing, high pitch and mansard roof lines with gables and dormers. They will have two-car garages, ten-foot ceilings, hardwood flooring, European inspired modern kitchens with servery, spacious bedrooms and “spa-like” ensuite bathrooms.
The development is slated for a property south of Derry Road West, between McLaughlin Road and Hurontario Street. The development is close to schools, Derrydale Golf Course, the Mississauga Convention Centre and is just south of Hwy 407.
The project is set to be unveiled this fall.
