WeCook ready-to-eat meatball dish is being recalled by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) due to possible Listeria contamination.

The recall, says the CFIA, applies to the WeCook brand Swiss cheese meatballs with creamy mustard sauce with a best before date of July 20, 2024 and UPC number 628123550006.

While there have been no reported illnesses, the CFIA explains that test results led to their recall.

It is recommended that the recalled meatball dish be thrown out or returned to the store they were purchased from.

Anyone who has eaten the ready-to-eat meatball dish and gotten ill to contact their doctor or health-care provider.
