It might be a good idea to grab an umbrella or a raincoat as there will be plenty of showers with sunny breaks throughout the week in Mississauga, Brampton, and much of southern Ontario.
The last few weeks it seems residents have been experiencing a roller-coaster ride of various weather conditions. From temperatures soaring to 29 C — giving all kinds of summer vibes to a low of -1 C with rain, high winds, and snow flurries.
This week Ontario residents will be glad to know there is no snow, as meteorologists predict a mix of sun and rain for the next six days.
As of today, (Apr. 23) it will be mainly cloudy with a 40 percent chance of showers tonight. Wind speeds from the southwest will reach 20 km/h becoming light early in the evening.
According to Environment Canada Monday morning will consist mainly of clouds and a 60 percent chance of rain is on the cards. Temperatures will sit at 8 C while peaks of sunshine will also make an appearance through the day.
Other than temperatures being a couple degrees warmer at 10 C —Tuesday will be nearly identical to Mondays weather forecast. The rain will finally stop but only briefly as it’s expected to return later in the week. A mix of sun and clouds will dominate a majority of the day.
The Weather Network says Thursday will be the nicest day compared to the entire week. Clear skies and sunshine will be visible for most of the day while temperatures hit a high of 12 C.
It might be the perfect spring day to spend some time outdoors!
As Friday approaches, it’s the return of dark clouds with a 60 percent chance of rain. Temperatures may be the warmest out of the whole week but with no sunshine in sight, it will be a gloomy day.
Meteorologist believe the storm clouds and showers will continue on through much of Saturday and possibly last until Sunday night.
