Prices dropped for these homes in Ontario

With a sluggish real estate market, homes across Ontario are selling for under the asking price.
This summer and fall, homes sold for much lower than expected. In October, a Mississauga home sold for nearly $700,000 under the list price. In September, a house sold at $487,000 loss in Brampton.
While the market is expected to rebound in the spring, home sellers continue to lower prices.
Real estate brokerage Zoocasa compiled a list of homes that have seen recent price drops across Canada.
Here are the properties in Ontario:
906 – 47 Mutual St., Toronto
This one-bedroom condo is in the Garden District Condos. The unit has a den and an unobstructed east view. Upgrades include a handheld shower, induction cooktop, waterproof vinyl flooring, and Italian porcelain bathroom tiles. The building boast a pet spa, a two-story gym, a media room, a communal workspace, and outdoor garden with a barbecue and fire pit.
This home was listed for $555,000 in August but the price has now dropped to $499,900 in November.
1180 Falgarwood Dr., Oakville
Surrounded by tall, mature trees on a ravine lot, this three-bedroom home has an open layout featuring large primary living spaces. The spacious, open kitchen includes an extra eat-in breakfast area. There is a large, finished basement accessible through a separate entrance and two additional bedrooms.
This home saw a $150,000 price drop from $1,499000 to now $1,349,000.
10 Smith Cres., Etobicoke
This detached 1.5 storey home is on a pie-shaped lot in the Stonegate-Queensway community. The home features hardwood floors throughout and a wood-panelled sunroom. Custom-ordered closet wood doors are in two of the bedrooms.
This home was listed for $1,195,000 but that price dropped to $1,099,000 in early November.
11 Mcbeth Place, Whitby
This four-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Brooklin sits on a corner lot with a wrap-around covered porch. Home features include new oak staircases, renovated bathrooms and kitchen, new flooring and a double-sided gas fireplace. The backyard has an in-ground pool with a rock waterfall.
This home was listed for $1,599,999 but sold on Nov. 24 for $1,545,000.
22 Harvey St., Cambridge
The final Ontario home on this list is a restored 1887 house. The three-bedroom home features Italianate architecture and intricate Queen Anne details. There are 10-foot ceilings, original pine floors, and late 19th-century doors that add character and warmth throughout.
This home was listed for $1,200,000 but the price has dropped to $1,175,000.
