UPDATE: Power outage impacts over 800 homes and businesses in Mississauga

Some Mississauga residents woke up to a power outage this morning.
The outage in the Eglinton Avenue and McLaughlin Road area was reported just after 3 a.m. today (July 25), according to a post on social media from Alectra Utilities.
Early this morning, Alectra reported 4,074 homes and businesses were without power. That number was knocked down to 827 around 6 a.m.
The outage map indicated 348 homes and businesses were without power as of 8:30 a.m.
Power was expected to be restored between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.
In an update at noon, Alectra said said all power has now been restored.
