Four more people face charges in connection with a hit-and-run carjacking of a Porsche captured on video in Mississauga.

Video of the brazen theft showed the Porsche strike the owner of the vehicle before fleeing on Sept. 6. Police said a teen came to the victim’s home near Winston Churchill Boulevard and Eglinton Avenue in Mississauga in response to an Auto Trader ad listing a 2022 Porsche Cayenne for sale.

Sarah Badshaw, 18, of Brampton, turned herself in and was charged with dangerous operation causing bodily harm, theft of the motor vehicle, failure to remain after an accident resulting in bodily harm and driving with no licence.

On Sept. 18, the stolen Porsche Cayenne and a blue BMW X5 believed to have been involved in the theft were found, Peel Regional Police said on Friday.

Further investigation revealed the BMW X5 was reported stolen to Toronto Police, police said.

Police said four more people have been arrested and charged in connection with the theft and recovery of two luxury SUVs.
