For those craving warmth on cooler days, a popular Japanese restaurant chain known for its noodle soups is opening its next location in Burlington.

Kinton Ramen is slated to open in the bustling plaza at 2500 Appleby Line, nestled between Dave’s Hot Chicken and September Charm Flowers.

The restaurant’s menu features ramen crafted with pork bone stock, chicken stock, fish broth, and vegetable broth.

According to the establishment, the meat-infused broths are cooked for over 20 hours to create a robust and flavorful soup.

The ramen is topped with various ingredients which include scallions, bean sprouts, seaweed, mushrooms, a seasoned egg and more.

Additionally, the menu includes karaage fried chicken, gyoza dumplings, and takoyaki balls.

Signage announcing the restaurant’s opening is displayed on the establishment’s exterior, with February 2024 written at the bottom. However, the restaurant remains closed and no official grand opening date has been posted.

Additionally, the restaurant’s Google location is missing essential details such as operating hours and contact information, leaving patrons uncertain about when they can enjoy a hot bowl of soup.

In the meantime, nearby Kinton Ramen locations can be found at 4026 Confederation Pkwy in Mississauga or at 2501 Hampshire Gate inside Unit 1A2, in Oakville.
