Police searching for suspect after fatal shooting in Brampton

Peel police’s Homicide and Missing Persons Bureau is investigating a fatal shooting in Brampton on Sunday, June 5.
At around 4:16 a.m., emergency services received a call for a shooting in the area of Advance Boulevard and Alfred Kuehne Boulevard.
Officers arrived and located a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
“The victim, a 38-year-old man from Maple, was transported to a trauma centre where he died as a result of his injuries,” said police.
Police say there’s currently no suspect information, but believe this to be an isolated incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
