Police investigating shooting outside Mississauga nightclub

A recent overnight shooting in Mississauga is currently being investigated by police.
At approximately 3:15 a.m. on Sunday, June 19, police were called after a number of gunshots were heard in the area of Kariya Drive and Enfield Place, near the intersection of Hurontario/Burnhamthorpe.
An early witness report indicates the shooting took place outside the &Company restaurant and nightclub, prompting a heavy police presence at the scene.
“There were no victims located upon police arrival, however there were signs of shots fired,” said police.
No suspect description has been made available at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
