Police investigating after woman injured in hit-and-run in Brampton

Police say they’re seeking assistance as they investigate a recent hit-and-run in Brampton.

At 10:40 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 26, a 22 year old woman was on the crosswalk at Steeles and Finch Avenue when she was struck by a vehicle.

“The driver failed to remain at the scene of the collision,” said police.

The pedestrian was transported to a trauma centre with serious injuries.

The vehicle involved in this incident is believed to be a dark-coloured Mercedes C or E class, model year 2010 to 2014, with damage to the front passenger side.
