Plan ahead and beat the rush for fall recreation sign-up in Brampton

The dog days of summer are here, meaning it’s time to start thinking about fun-filled fall activities with Brampton Recreation as some programs are already open for sign-up.

Brampton Recreation is getting ready for a full line-up of fall programming, and residents are being encouraged to check out all the options available before signing up.

Registration opened on Monday (Aug. 7) for full-year preschool, recital dance, and the ADAPT (Adults Developing and Participating Together) programs. Fall registered programs like skating, team sports, STEAM, and arts and music programs start on Aug. 21, with registration for learn-to-swim programs opening on Sept. 6.

And while sign-up for some programs is still weeks away, residents can check out all the options available now to ensure they are ready when registration opens.

Here are some helpful tips to help make the sign-in and registration process as simple as possible:

• Create online account in advance
• Enter your address correctly
• Add your credit card information
• Plan ahead and browse available courses
• Make a list of top choices
• Don’t refresh the page while payment is being processed
