A huge storm caused significant damage in the Mississauga, Brampton, and Hamilton area today.
Power lines are down, full grown trees are split in half, and power outages are stretching into this evening.
The following is a collection of photos showing examples of the damage in each region.
Mississauga
Our beautiful tree has been split in half by that powerful wind today. Sad to see our tree so damaged but glad that it fell in a spot that didn’t injure anyone or damage anything. #Mississauga #ONStorm pic.twitter.com/6ZZTdGhoVs
